Veronika Poljanšek (*1996) graduated in 2021 with a degree in Theology and Religious Studies from the Faculty of Theology. In the same year, she enrolled in the master's programme in Marriage and Family Studies, which she completed in September 2024. In October 2023, she began the Marriage and Family Therapy training programme at the Faculty of Theology and successfully completed it in spring 2025.
In February 2023, she started working as a student at the International Office and in 2025 became the administrative coordinator for Erasmus+ exchanges. As part of the Erasmus+ programme, she participated in the implementation of the first BIP programme at the Faculty of Theology, entitled Falling in Love Online – A Relational Paradigm, in the 2022/2023 academic year, and in the second BIP programme, entitled Empathy and Religious Spirituality, in the 2024/2025 academic year.
Since her student days and continuing to the present, she has been responsible for the administration of other activities of the International Office: Ceepus Summer School Bioethics and Education 2024, Ceepus excursions and mobility of students and staff, and the Summer School of Theology in Rome 2024.
In 2023, she contributed to the creation of the LOOP project handbook – Empowering Teachers for Lifelong Development through Innovative Peer Induction Programmes.
From November 2024 to the end of December 2025, she served as a substitute at the dean's office, and from January 2026 onwards, she has been a substitute at the Project Office.
In addition to her regular administrative and organisational work, she is responsible for the renovation and development of the UL TEOF website.
