Description: Have you ever thought about how your life is influenced by the fate of previous generations? Do you know the limits and potentials that tradition provides you with? Would you like to hear incredible life stories of Hungarians, Jews, Poles, Roma, and Americans that extend into the 20th century? Would you like to understand how your fate unfolds from the past into the future? Come and participate in the 9th PPHF International Summer School from March 24th to 28th, 2025, at the Theological College of Pécs in Hungary! In addition to the stipend, we will provide students with free housing.

Topic: Holistic Bioethics – Religious and Ethical Approaches
Description: How can we safeguard our environment? There is a growing awareness that in addition to scientific knowledge, we need a broad and encompassing (i.e. holistic) vision of the world and of human beings which can provide the motivation for engagement. During the summer school, we want to explore such sources of motivation: indigenous cultural visions, the vision of religions, and holistic ethical approaches.
