Dear members of Theological Faculty in Ljubljana,

We are cordially inviting you to the first international Workshops on totalitarianism that are going to take place on The island Goli, from 22 to 28 July 2019!

The island Goli is an uninhabited island in the northern Adriatic Sea [Croatia] that, after historical conflict between two communist leaders in 1948, Stalin and Tito, was turned into a political labour camp Goli otok.

The Magis Association has thus far organized three summer historical-political workshops on the island and we are very pleased to invite you to the first international one.

We prepare seven days on an authentic historical location ― an place to ponder on the causes and effects of Communism, Communism in Yugoslavia, and on totalitarianism in general.

The programme is designed for youth from 19 to 30 years old and envisioned as multi-dimensional: it encompasses lectures, discussions and debates, free-time, as well as time for silence and contemplation. The Holy Mass will also be offered daily.

More information about workshops and how to enrol into the program you can read in the attachments where you will find the information pack and the camp poster.
